Making a quick salad before work can be faster than waiting in line at a store, and is much better for you than most bought lunches.

Baby spinich leaves

Capsicum

Red onion

Cucumber

Tomatoes

Can of tuna

 

Healthy meals can be prepared in days off and frozen. This makes your work meals healthy, cheap and fast.
